Refund and Returns Policy for Edible and Non-Edible Products
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
- Edible Products: Due to health and safety regulations, all edible items such as chocolate bars are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or is defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-Edible Products: Non-edible products, such as Fryd carts or Muha Meds disposables, are eligible for returns under our standard 30-day policy.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any returns.
Refunds
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@fantacyflavors.com with your order details.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise stated).
